Empty words form meaningless sentences
that become hollow lies spoken in the belief
that what you are saying
is what people want to hear
Poetry is a vast ocean
of emotional truths
drawn from
heartfelt experiences
Poems are pictures painted
between thin blue lines
with the brush of a pen
upon a canvas of paper
It is not how the poem is read
but how it makes you feel
it is not how the poem looks
but what do you see
Such is the dexterity
